Can’t believe they actually installed when they were supposed to! Most construction companies I’ve dealt with in the past never show up on time! They did!! So happy with their work too! I started with a different solar company through Costco. After the signatures they told me I'd have to replace the roof under ALL the panels including the plywood under the shingles. Cost was $5000 more! I got out of the contract and found Stephen Griffin construction. They matched the Costco price and charged me $1500 for a roof repair on a smaller section that actually needed repair. They did a great job and communicated well throughout the whole install. It was easier than I expected. Understanding the options and billing from the electrical company is complicated. I thought I understood it so I called the lady at Griffin Construction that does the paperwork for the electrical company. I was amazed how knowledgeable she was and patient in helping me understand the process and billing.

During the summers my house wouldn't cool properly due to an outdated HVAC system and let me tell you the ac ran around the clock which meant $400-$500 electric bills during the summer. I hired Steve Griffin construction to replace my HVAC system and let me tell you it was the best decision ever...Now my house is the coldest & most energy efficient house on my block. His crew was awesome...they knocked out the entire swap in a matter of hours ..prompt, courteous and professional from the start of the project to the end ...great job Steve Griffin construction I'm gonna refer you to all my friends
